A telecom fraud case stalls when a crucial evidence U disk vanishes. Meanwhile, small-town youth Erhu borrows a 100,000-yuan loan from gangster boss Li Cheng to save his mother. To repay the debt, his loyal friend Dalong drags Erhu into becoming “accident-for-hire” scammers—only to accidentally find the U disk hidden by fraudster Wu Chi.
Wu Chi’s subordinate, thief Shouzi, is ordered to steal back the disk. He breaks into Dalong and Erhu’s apartment but is interrupted by OCD gang enforcer Pangzi (sent by Li Cheng to collect the debt). Obsessed with tidying the room, Pangzi is knocked out by Shouzi and stuffed into a Mercedes trunk. Panicked, Pangzi calls the police, dragging cop duo Lao Zheng and Xiao Yi into the chaos.
The U disk becomes a hot potato, igniting a farcical chase: Shouzi loses the disk and the car; Dalong and Erhu pose as traffic cops to scam drivers; Li Cheng’s “Godfather” persona implodes. Ultimately, all parties converge at gangster Li Cheng’s lair—Kaixuan Plaza—in a chaotic showdown sparked by a botched kidnapping.
