“A Slice Of The Family Business” opens with Anthony Mongiello, an Italian-American entrepreneur who owns a global cheese empire called Formaggio. Anthony is ready to sell his company and retire. However, Anna Rose, his eldest daughter, wants to take over the family business. She shares many of her father’s passionate and creative qualities – but does she truly have what is takes to manage Formaggio for the next 20-30 years?
