During the Autumn Equinox, a solar term in China, squirrels are busy gathering their winter provisions while farmers sing joyously as they reap their golden fields. In his bustling haste, a squirrel misplaces a pine cone, and during his search, he encounters a farmer. Moved by the spirit of the harvest season, the farmer—with hands still fragrant from the earth—generously shares a portion of his bounty with the little forager.
