In 2050, Bella, a privileged influencer and aspiring actress, and her childhood best friend Evelyn, an MIT graduate working at Neuronexus on the Seraphina project—developing A.I. beauty assistants—navigate their contrasting lives. While Bella envies Evelyn’s rapid success, she becomes obsessed with Neuronexus’ Seraphina Assistants and secures early access through her fame. Bella bonds with Seraphina, but strange incidents arise, leading Evelyn to discover that Seraphinas are controlled humans, not robots. As Bella suffers alarming effects, Evelyn confronts the Neuronexus System. In the end, both friends fall victim to a sinister plan, becoming Seraphinas themselves.
