This film is my poetic interpretation of the punk song “Manimal” originally performed by The Germs in Los Angeles 1979. In my music video I’ve tried to represent slices of cultural alienation ingested by the songwriter/singer Darby Crash, pushing him to commit suicide, at the age of 22, two years after he first performed the song.
